Our Facilities
From our three production plants located in the Industrial Park of Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires Province, we manufacture all the pharmaceutical products we commercialize using five modern production lines. We also operate our own glass ampoule manufacturing plant, which supplies our internal demand for ampoules and vials, ensuring the availability of primary containers required for market supply. This vertical integration enables us to maintain greater control over the traceability of our products — from the fabrication of their packaging to final distribution.
Production Plants

Small volume parenteral solutions plant
Dedicated to the production of ampoules and vials ranging from 1 to 20 ml.

- Dual Production Format: Ampoules (1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 10 ml) and Vials (20 ml)

Large volume parenteral solutions plant
Designed for the production of semi-rigid and flexible polypropylene sachets from 100 ml.

- Monthly Capacity: 1,000,000 sachets
- Production Format: Sachets ranging from 100 to 500 ml
- Continuous Production Line: Filling / Terminal Sterilization by Autoclave / Manual Inspection / Packaging
Sterile powder plant
Dedicated to the filling and packaging of sterile powders.

- Production Format: Vial sizes of 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 ml

Focused on the production of glass ampoules and vials used for the medicines manufactured by Norgreen.
